Maison Alexander Larin offers returns within 30 days of the delivery date for online orders.

Items purchased on websites other than https://alexanderlarin.com.ua/en/ are not accepted.

 

Online Returns

To request a return or exchange online:

Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that fragrances must be unopened and remain in their original, sealed packaging.
Complete the return form within 30 days of the delivery date.
Repackage your order in the original box (or a similar one) and attach the prepaid shipping label to the box (be sure to remove or cover any previous shipping labels).
Contact UPS to arrange a pickup or drop off your return at the nearest UPS location.
All returns must be shipped from the same country/region where they were purchased.

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the goods before accepting the return. This process typically takes 3 to 7 days. If your items are accepted, you will receive an email confirming the refund or the shipment of the exchanged item.

 

Where is my return?

You can check the status of your return in your account if you were logged in at the time of purchase.

 

I’ve decided to keep my order, but I’ve already filled out the return form. What should I do?

We’re glad you decided to keep your purchase. You don’t need to contact us; your request will be automatically cancelled once the 30-day return period expires.

 

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Providing you with the best service is important to us. To ensure your return is processed promptly, items from different orders cannot be combined.
